JAKARTA – Kota Podomoro Tenjo, an independent city and a new satellite masterpiece of Agung Podomoro signed a cooperation agreement with facilities provider partners, which will support the daily activities of residents of the area. This signing is a manifestation of Kota Podomoro Tenjo's commitment in providing the best facilities, so that it can further increase the value of the lives of its residents.Chief Marketing Officer of Kota Podomoro Tenjo Zaldy Wihardja explained that through this collaboration, Kota Podomoro Tenjo will have educational, health, and commercial facilities.
The presence of these three facilities will complement the facilities for places of worship and transportation that are being worked on by Kota Podomoro Tenjo. In addition, it can provide convenience and comfort for residents, the surrounding community, and potential customers.
For educational facilities, Universal Global School will be built in the Magnolia Cluster area. Universal Global School adopts the curriculum of the University Cambridge International Examinations by offering education levels from Kindergarten (TK) to Senior High School (SMA). This facility is projected to start operating in the second half of 2026.
The health facilities that will be located in Kota Podomoro Tenjo are planned to be clinics and hospitals. The facility will commence operations by the end of 2026. Furthermore, commercial facilities in the form of convenience strore in the form of Alfamidi Super which will be present in premium and deluxe commercial areas. The supermarket will start construction and operation after handing over land from the developer.
