This collaboration is part of the developer's commitment to providing quality housing at affordable prices, supported by the KPR Swakelola TWP AD facility as an alternative payment option for TNI AD personnel who want to have housing in the Kota Podomoro Tenjo area.
Chief Marketing Officer of Kota Podomoro Tenjo Zaldy Wihardja explained that Kota Podomoro Tenjo is a partner in providing non-service houses for Army personnel so that with this collaboration, Kota Podomoro Tenjo will provide affordable housing for Army personnel where they can choose housing according to their wishes and self-managed KPR facilities that they can apply for when taking a house in Kota Podomoro Tenjo.

PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk (APLN) will expand Tigaraksa Station and build a Tenjo Flyover in Tenjo, Bogor Regency, West Java. The two projects were implemented as an effort by Agung Podomoro to build Transit Oriented Development (TOD) in the Kota Podomoro Tenjo area.
This project is a Government Cooperation with Business Entities (PPP) between the Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub) and Agung Podomoro. President Director of Agung Podomoro Bacelius Ruru said, Agung Podomoro prepared an area of 650 hectares for the development of Kota Podomoro Tenjo. Meanwhile, specifically for the construction of these two projects, Agung Podomoro provided an area of 2.2 hectares.
