KONTAN.CO.ID - Kota Podomoro Tenjo, a new satellite city presented by Agung Podomoro, signed a cooperation agreement with the Army Compulsory Housing Savings Management Agency (BP TWP AD) in providing non-service houses for Indonesian Army (TNI AD) personnel.

This collaboration is part of the developer's commitment to providing quality housing at affordable prices, supported by the KPR Swakelola TWP AD facility as an alternative payment option for TNI AD personnel who want to have housing in the Kota Podomoro Tenjo area.

Chief Marketing Officer of Kota Podomoro Tenjo Zaldy Wihardja explained that Kota Podomoro Tenjo is a partner in providing non-service houses for Army personnel so that with this collaboration, Kota Podomoro Tenjo will provide affordable housing for Army personnel where they can choose housing according to their wishes and self-managed KPR facilities that they can apply for when taking a house in Kota Podomoro Tenjo.

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Agung Podomoro carried out the handover of the inaugural house and the inauguration of premium clubhouse facilities in Kota Podomoro Tenjo. It is a new independent and satellite city with the advantage of architectural concepts in the west of Jakarta. Marketing Director Agung Podomoro Agung Wirajaya explained, starting to be marketed in August 2020, or at the peak of the pandemic, the first handover of the Podomoro Tenjo City house was carried out according to the target. The handover of the house was carried out on Saturday (11/12/2022). 

PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk (APLN) will expand Tigaraksa Station and build a Tenjo Flyover in Tenjo, Bogor Regency, West Java. The two projects were implemented as an effort by Agung Podomoro to build Transit Oriented Development (TOD) in the Kota Podomoro Tenjo area.

This project is a Government Cooperation with Business Entities (PPP) between the Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub) and Agung Podomoro. President Director of Agung Podomoro Bacelius Ruru said, Agung Podomoro prepared an area of 650 hectares for the development of Kota Podomoro Tenjo. Meanwhile, specifically for the construction of these two projects, Agung Podomoro provided an area of 2.2 hectares.

The pandemic that hit the whole world also had a big impact in Indonesia. To address this challenge, the government has introduced the National Economic Recovery (PEN) program since 2020 to reduce the impact of the pandemic on the economy by protecting, maintaining, and enhancing the capabilities of business actors. For this year, the government has prepared Rp 451 trillion for the 2022 PEN program, which also includes incentives for corporate business actors in various sectors, including property.
