On Sunday, July 27, 2025, Kota Podomoro Tenjo once again demonstrated its commitment to creating an active, healthy, and well-integrated residential area through the Walkin Up Vol.3 event. This fun walk attracted over 1,000 participants, including residents and members of the surrounding community.
President Director of PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk, Bacelius Ruru, stated that the fun walk at Kota Podomoro Tenjo reflects Agung Podomoro's long-term vision of building livable neighborhoods with dynamic and sustainable ecosystems.
Covering a distance of 4 kilometers, the fun walk route started at the Marketing Gallery, passed through the Green Belt, Edelweiss Lake Garden, the main boulevard, and the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) area, before ending at the Podomoro Food Center.
For the first time, participants were able to walk through the Edelweiss Lake Garden a 1.6-hectare park and lake that has become a new icon of the premium Edelweiss cluster. This green open space enhances the overall environmental quality of the area and serves as an attractive destination for both residents and visitors.
Kota Podomoro Tenjo: Handover of Commercial Units Marks Commitment to Quality
Kota Podomoro Tenjo, a new independent city by Agung Podomoro Land, has reaffirmed its commitment to delivering quality properties with the ceremonial handover of the first Andromeda Shop House commercial units. This event marks the beginning of a phased handover process to consumers, starting in June 2025. This process is proceeding on schedule, precisely as stipulated in the Sale and Purchase Agreement (PPJB), reflecting the developer's commitment and professionalism in fulfilling promises to its consumers.
As of mid-2025, Kota Podomoro Tenjo has successfully sold over 6,600 residential and commercial units, with more than 4,000 units already handed over to their owners. This demonstrates tangible and continuous development progress.

Kota Podomoro Tenjo, an independent city & new satellite of the masterpiece of Agung Podomoro, inaugurated the Al Ikhlas Podomoro Grand Mosque located in the residential area of Kota Podomoro Tenjo which was attended directly by the Minister of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia, Prof. Dr. KH Nasaruddin Umar, MA. The construction process of this mosque began in the first quarter of 2024, with a total construction cost of around IDR 30 billion and accommodating up to 1,000 worshippers in the inner area and plaza (park) area at major moments such as Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha. This inauguration symbolically marks the opening of the Al Ikhlas Podomoro Grand Mosque as the largest mosque in the Tenjo area and as a tangible manifestation of the contribution of the private sector in supporting religious life as well as strengthening spiritual values in the community.
