This event marks the beginning of a phased handover process to consumers, starting in June 2025. This process is proceeding on schedule, precisely as stipulated in the Sale and Purchase Agreement (PPJB), reflecting the developer's commitment and professionalism in fulfilling promises to its consumers.

Kota Podomoro Tenjo, an independent city & new satellite of the masterpiece of Agung Podomoro, inaugurated the Al Ikhlas Podomoro Grand Mosque located in the residential area of Kota Podomoro Tenjo which was attended directly by the Minister of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia, Prof. Dr. KH Nasaruddin Umar, MA.
