Kota Podomoro Tenjo has once again demonstrated its commitment to timely project development by delivering the first batch of homes in the Magnolia Cluster earlier than scheduled. The symbolic handover, marked by a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the cluster gate, took place on Saturday, August 23, in Bogor.
Originally planned for December 2025, the handover began months ahead of schedule. In this initial phase, a total of 80 units will be handed over to homeowners by the end of August 2025.

For the first time, participants were able to walk through the Edelweiss Lake Garden a 1.6-hectare park and lake that has become a new icon of the premium Edelweiss cluster.
