This was revealed by Kota Podomoro Tenjo Chief Marketing Officer Tenjo Zaldy Wihardja.

Moreover, he continued, this area has a permit in accordance with applicable regulations and is a mass project with a certificate that is ready. Zaldy said that infrastructure in Kota Podomoro Tenjo is a priority as a support for city-scale projects.

It is a new independent and satellite city with the advantage of architectural concepts in the west of Jakarta. Marketing Director Agung Podomoro Agung Wirajaya explained, starting to be marketed in August 2020, or at the peak of the pandemic, the first handover of the Podomoro Tenjo City house was carried out according to the target. The handover of the house was carried out on Saturday (11/12/2022). 

PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk (APLN) will expand Tigaraksa Station and build a Tenjo Flyover in Tenjo, Bogor Regency, West Java. The two projects were implemented as an effort by Agung Podomoro to build Transit Oriented Development (TOD) in the Kota Podomoro Tenjo area.

This project is a Government Cooperation with Business Entities (PPP) between the Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub) and Agung Podomoro. President Director of Agung Podomoro Bacelius Ruru said, Agung Podomoro prepared an area of 650 hectares for the development of Kota Podomoro Tenjo. Meanwhile, specifically for the construction of these two projects, Agung Podomoro provided an area of 2.2 hectares.

The pandemic that hit the whole world also had a big impact in Indonesia.
